Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you play Drug Lord 2 or Drug Lord 3 on any platform, or use druglord.co.za. The games and site are run by IdealTech in South Africa ("we", "us"). By playing or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
The games are fiction
Drug Lord 2 and Drug Lord 3 are strategy games set in an invented underworld. Every character, gang, price and event is fictional. Nothing in the games or on this site is advice, information or encouragement about real drugs, crime or violence, and nothing in them should be copied in real life.
Who can play
The games contain crime themes, drug references and cartoon violence, and they are meant for adults. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to make any purchase.
Your account
- Give a real email address you control, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One account works across Drug Lord 2, Drug Lord 3 and other IdealTech games that use the same sign-in.
- You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page. Deleting it removes unspent Dope Dollars and perks, and they can't be restored.
Usernames and fair play
Leaderboards are public, so keep your username decent. No hate, harassment, impersonation, sexual content, personal information, or advertising. We filter names and may hide or change a name that breaks these rules, or one that enough players report.
Play fair. Don't cheat, use bots or modified game files, exploit bugs to gain an advantage, tamper with score submissions, or abuse invite codes or purchase systems. We may remove scores, reputation, rewards or accounts involved in cheating or abuse.
Dope Dollars and purchases
- Dope Dollars (ÐÐ), perks and other in-game items are a limited licence to use virtual content in the games. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred outside the games.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play, Apple or Paystack, and their terms apply to the payment. Refunds are handled under the store's policy and the law where you live. If something you bought didn't arrive, email us with your receipt and we'll fix it.
- Rewards for watching ads are given when an ad completes. If no ad is available, no reward is given.
- We may change prices, rebalance items, or change what Dope Dollars can buy as the games evolve. Our aim is always to keep things fair for players who have already paid.
Our content
The games, their art, sound, text, code and this website belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your play, including on monetised channels, as long as you don't present them as official or sell the games themselves. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute or modify the games except where the law allows it.
Changes and availability
We update the games often. Features, balance and content will change, and occasionally we may need to suspend or end a game or a service such as leaderboards. If we ever close a game that sells Dope Dollars, we'll give notice in the game first. We may update these terms, and the date at the top will show when. If you keep playing after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
Our responsibility
The games are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running and fair, but we can't promise they'll be free of bugs or always available. Your saved run lives on your device or in your browser, and it can be lost if you clear it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be excluded, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the laws of your country give you.
