About Drug Lord
Drug Lord 2 and Drug Lord 3 are made by IdealTech, a small independent game developer in South Africa. There's no publisher and no big studio: the same small team that balances the markets also reads every piece of feedback.
The story so far
Drug Lord 2 started life years ago as an Android game, inspired by the trading games that were passed around on floppy disks and early PCs: buy low, sell high, and watch your back.
In 2026 two things happened. Drug Lord 3 was built as a full sequel, with 26 cities instead of 15, twelve ranks, crews, vehicles, couriers, front businesses and a rival who plays the same game you do. And Drug Lord 2 was rebuilt from scratch on the same modern engine, so the classic could run on new phones and, now, in any browser. Both games share one account and one leaderboard system.
Drug Lord 3 is updated every week or two, and much of what changes comes straight from player feedback and playtests. The updates page lists every release.
What we care about
- Fair play. Every game is free from start to finish. Ads only play when you choose to watch one, and the leaderboards only rank runs played under the normal rules.
- Honest numbers. The game shows you the real figures: expected damage per pull, odds per day for couriers, and a net worth that only counts what you could actually sell.
- Fiction stays fiction. The games are satire about an imaginary underworld. They open with a clear warning, and they contain no real-world information about drugs. We take that line seriously.
- Your data is yours. We collect only what the games need, never sell it, and let you delete your account at any time. Read the privacy policy.
